We regularly represent landlords and property management companies in all matters including evictions, compliance with governmental regulations, charges of unfair housing, and discrimination issues. We have drafted policies and given seminars to landlords and property managers in order to train employees on complying with fair housing laws and we always keep current on the changing laws and regulations in order to update our clients regularly of these changes.
